Cervantes & Cornejo Construction was founded in 2019 by Samuel Cervantes Ruiz. The name carries the two families behind the company, and the promise is simple: build every home the way we would build our own.
We grew up around job sites and hand tools, and we started this company because too many people get talked into a house they never really understood. So we do it differently. We keep the crew small, we self-perform the work that matters most, and we explain what is happening at every stage in plain language.
Today we build new single-family homes, take on additions and second stories, pour foundations and flatwork, and remodel the kitchens and baths that make a house feel like home. All of it across the OKC metro, and all of it with our name on the line.
No gimmicks. Just the handful of things that keep clients calling us back and sending their neighbors.
The trades that make or break a home, framing, concrete, and finish carpentry, are done by our own people, not a stranger you never met.
Our estimates are itemized and readable. You see where the money goes and there are no mystery charges at the end.

Owner & lead builder. Samuel founded Cervantes & Cornejo in 2019 and still walks every job. He is the person you meet at the first site visit and the person who signs off on the final walkthrough.
His approach hasn't changed since day one: hire good people, buy good materials, do the work right the first time, and treat clients like neighbors, because in the OKC metro, they usually are.
