How we build, step by step.
Good building is mostly good planning. Here is the path every project follows, so you always know what happens next.
We meet at your lot or home, listen to what you want, talk honestly about budget, and walk the site to spot anything that affects the build.
Bring your own plans or work from ours. We refine the layout, selections, and scope until the drawings match what you actually want.
You get a clear, line-item estimate with allowances spelled out. When it looks right, we put it in a straightforward contract and set the schedule together.
We pull the permits, arrange inspections, and prep the site. Clearing, grading, and utilities, so we start on solid, ready ground.
We form, reinforce, and pour footings and the slab or foundation, square and level. Everything above depends on this stage being right.
Walls go up, trusses are set, and the home is sheathed, roofed, and closed in with windows and doors, weathered in and ready for systems.
Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC are roughed in and inspected. Then insulation and drywall turn the frame into rooms.
Cabinets, trim, doors, paint, flooring, tile, counters, and fixtures. This is where the craft shows and the house becomes a home.
We walk the home together, close out the punch list, and hand you the keys, backed by a workmanship warranty and a builder who still answers the phone.
You will always know who is running your job, what is happening this week, and what comes next. That is the whole point of a process.
Book a free site walk and we will map out exactly what your project takes.
